Being home is always the best place to be. We offer in home services for our participants 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Enjoy the peace and independence being in your own home and in your community by calling out independence support program.
These services may include
- Household tasks such as Cleaning and Meal Preparation
- House and Yard Maintenance including gardening assistance
Social and recreation activities are import part of life. Our support workers have the special skills and training it takes to help participant get out, dive in and experience life in what the wider community has to offer. Our service is tailored to best suit each participant, and their goals, to allow them to get the most out of the service. We also provide support for social activities like
- Assistance with Travel and Transport
- Group/centre activities
- Development of life skills
- Community participation
This service is to support participant that may have a NDIS plan and will need a little extra help with their daily living activities to make sure all personal care needs are met. As a Registered NDIS Provider we provide support that can be tailored to meet the needs of participants in their daily personal activities.
This service is offer especially for participant with high care needs requiring high level of skills. Our nursing services includes:
• Wound management
• Medications and injections
• Diabetes managements including insulin administrations
• Urinary catheters
